Steve has been working as an illustrator since the early 1990's and now lives and works in Bath . Evolving a style which merges traditional collage and digital photographic techniques with an expressionistic and painterly style and Inspired by the graphic work of Vaughan Oliver and artists Robert Rauschenberg and Peter Blake he gained an honours degree at the Kent Institute of Art & Design . Creating beautiful artworks from textures , painted surfaces , photographs and found ephemera , he explores and collages images together in a constantly evolving and experimental process .

Working extensively within the publishing , editorial and advertising industries worldwide , he has created a diverse portfolio of work and projects - from posters for the latest theatre and operatic productions to book illustrations and car adverts .
